不适宜人群

三岁以下儿童，禁止进场。
五岁以下儿童，不建议进场。
十六岁以下青少年，必须由家长陪同进场。
孕妇、心脏病、高血压和幽闭恐惧症病患者，不建议入场。

上述人群，以及存在其他未尽述健康问题而不能承受此类体验的游客，如在场内发生意外，活动方不承担任何责任。

注意事项

主题区采用各种高科技技术，具有不可知的突发性，包括喷雾，移动照明，移动墙壁和嘈杂的音乐和音效等，但对您不会造成任何伤害。

1. 禁止触碰、攻击主题区的工作人员。游客所有不良举动将被记录，若妨碍到工作人员及现场设备的正常运行，您将被立即带离主题区，并且视情节轻重予以处罚。该情况下，活动方不予退票。
2. 禁止携带相机、手机等照明设备进入主题区。在进入主题区前，请配合工作人员将随身携带的物品寄存。
3. 禁止携带任何易燃、易爆及明火等危险物品进入场地。一经发现立刻移交执法部门处理。
4. 主题区内禁止拍照、摄像。
5. 场内禁止吸烟。

退出申明

一旦进入主题区，如果感到害怕无法继续，您可以在任何时候示意“退出”，在工作人员带领下从就近的安全出口离开主题区，但是您将不会得到退款。如需再次进入主题区，请重新购票。

门票一经售出，概不退票。

Warning

Shanghai Nightmare is an intense attraction that contains loud sounds, smoke, and strobe lighting and is not suitable for everyone. Children under 16 are not recommended to enter. Those with physical conditions such as heart problems, high blood pressure, epilepsy , and pregnancy should not enter.

House Rules

Not adhering to the rules below will result in immediate ejection from the premises without refund.

1. Guest are prohibited from touching actors or props or other disorderly conduct.
2. No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the attraction.
3. No hazardous materials allowed.
4. No video, photography, or audio recording inside the attraction.

At any point inside the attraction, a guest may request to exit by yelling “I quit!” loudly and our staff will help you out. However, the guest must purchase another ticket to re-enter. No refunds upon entering the attraction. No exceptions.
